"Excellent service, and communication.We asked for transportation for our late flight into UB and were promptly serviced with a friendly driver from the hotel who was waiting for us. Very friendly and professional staff, always ready to assist and provide info on places. The
spa
is great with a wonderful masseuse and we used it twice, would have used it more if we had time, great price and service.

is also good and convenient, and the small coffee shop also has a

option....

was excellent - though during tourist season a lot of the stuff kept running out quickly and it was hard to keep up demand for certain foods. The rooms were massive and had a great view overlooking the city and staff was extremely helpful and nice!"
