"The hotel and grounds, pool/spa are beautiful, not far from town or the falls. Staff friendly and nice, rooms nice, comfortable and quiet. 2 meals a day included with the room rate which is convenient. Little things like no iron available, not a big deal, just wanted to mention in case clothes aren't ironed before packing :) Stayed 11/11/24 to 11/14/24"

"The staff were responsive, attentive and kind. Communication was through whatsapp and it was very efficient. You feel immerse in nature. At this moment there is construction going on and it may disrupt a bit the serene atmosphere. The restaurant for dinner is good. For breakfast and lunch the restaurant its ok, restaurant service ok. "Quirky but lovable hotel. Nice layout with two small pools. The jacuzzi was out of action when we stayed. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a substantial fixed portion continental breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was of a very good standard. Only down side is the hotel is at the opposite end of town to the falls, but this means it is in a quuet location, only a 10 min stroll away from the 3 frontiers."
