"We (2A,2C) stayed here for 7 nights. Got a room with a view of Tokyo Skytree and it was lovely to see it change colours every night. The room felt a little small but that’s because we had 4 pieces of large-ish luggage and 2 cabin sized luggage. The room could do with more lights as the room was a bit dark at night. "All in all, it was good, but I was disappointed during the check-in process, as I booked a room with a Queen-size bed, but was told that I would only get a Double-size bed. I even showed the online booking I made, but they wanted to charge me extra if I wanted to get a Queen-size bed. Very disappointed!"
