"Outstanding and perfectly updated. We received a high floor and adjoining rooms. It was luxurious and comfortable. Service was excellent and food at bar was excellent. Finally, setting the temp in room was easy and accurate (many old buildings are overheated in winter and this was easy to set to just what you want). "

"Beautiful, historic property! Ours was only an overnight stay but it was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I love how big and spacious the room and bathroom is. The high ceilings made it feel like I was in a castle. Valet parking is very convenient. There are only 2 elevators but we never had to wait for one. Quiet hotel, I don't think we ever saw anyone in the hallways."

"The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfy and the room very clean. The free breakfast had fewer options than sometimes offered but enough to suit me, as it included scrambled eggs & sausage along with the usual cereals & bread products."
