"The description when booking was a queen bed , I’m sorry but it was a full size bed. We had to get another room just be comfortable, we decided on the room next door, the room was named “Maty” but the lock didn’t work properly and the staff didn’t tell us until we asked. The person on duty said “ oh yeah you have to lift the door a little so the lock can catch “ . I don’t mind an occasional house pet, but the cats that congregate at night and meow ALL NIGHT.. My reason for the lower score is that our two rooms were placed in their lower end property a block away, even though the price we paid is for the main property that shows up on the photos! The lower-end property is composed of bare rooms with little decoration. They also forgot to give my parents a warm blanket in their room, so they were freezing all night! Hotels.com sells the hotel at a very high rate, and that is for their main property which only has 9 rooms....
