"Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay."

"This hotel is excellent. AC works very well. Hotel is super clean. Very quiet. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Family oriented. Staff is very helpful and nice. Laundry room with washer and drier coin operated, needs 5x10 NT each. Breakfast with large selection and very tasty. Was here 3 weeks in July 2024, have not seen one bug. "Location is close to the mrt station. Staff is friendly, and the property is well maintained. The hotel also offers free coffee machine in the lobby area. Only gripe about the property is the room is a bit small for two small beds. The laundry room offers 3 washing machines. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Everything was great, except the check-in time is a little too late at 3pm. We arrived at 2+pm and were not able to go to the room yet. Staff very helpful and efficient. Room well appointed. Located in very high residential district, very safe. 2 cafes around the corner from the hotel. walkable to carrefour supermarket and eslite mall. "
