"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"
