I had an opportunity to visit three different Michelin star restaurants while in Monaco, and the on-site restaurant, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, a Michelin-star restaurant, was the absolute star of the show. Watching the chefs prepare each dish added an element of excitement and liviness to the meal. The food was exquisite and the service was equally exceptional, attentive, fun and warm. The overall spirit of the hotel is what sets it apart. It’s a perfect blend of kindness, class, and upbeat energy that makes every guest feel special.
