"There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am. "

"The room was clean, quiet and comfy. The breakfast was GREAT!! I would stay there again!! The only thing that wasn't good is that the handicap spots were not cleared/shoveled out. My handicapped friend had to try and navigate the ruts to walk out her door and get to the driveway/pavement. That should be addressed...."

"the hotel is in a perfect spot...near all the stores and restaurants, room was spacious and bed so comfortable. a good variety for breakfast. best part was Emily the manager...she couldn't do enough for you. She was fabulous!!!"

"Room and lobby very clean. Updated bathroom and hot water/good water pressure. Free breakfast was great. Very convenient right off the highway, right next to a gas station and decent restaurant right in the same parking lot. Would highly recommend and stay again! Good for kids - games in the lobby!"

"I travel for work and whenever I can I stay at one of the Marriott properties. They are always clean and well run. Most importantly, the staff is always helpful and intelligent so issues that could be problems don't even become issues. The only downside to this hotel was that the cafe was overpriced and underwhelming. But it's concord so there are plenty of places to eat in the area that serve good/ethnic/creative food depending on what you want to eat."
