"The only thing we didn't like was when we asked the front desk to order us a taxi and they ordered thru a company that they use a a shuttle. Cost 3 times the amount...ridiculous and irritating. Other than that, property and service was excellent "

"We stayed 3 nights at the Mayflower & it exceeded our expectations!!! The English breakfast was varied both hot & cold items, The beds were super comfy, the A/C worked & the water temperature in the shower didn’t change once you set the temperature. The skypool & terrace were such a gift that it was tempting not to leave the property & see all the sites on our ‘to see’ list. James the receptionist, is truly a goodwill ambassador & was a wealth of information."

"This property was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Housekeeping checks in with you daily to make sure everything was done properly and if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. "

"The stay was amazing 4 nights and we were treated with respect and courtesy through out the whole stay. My wife has allergies to many different foods and we stopped by the Bar on the 5th floor for evening desert and a night cap. When my wife went to order a desert there was only desert with peanuts left so we ended up leaving. We went back the next day the same waiter who waited on us the night before went downstairs brought her up some cheesecake with Blueberries and it made her night that he went out of his way. Every night we went back and the waiter went down and got her something without nuts (cheesecake once again). Just the fact that he was willing to help and had an amazing attitude was incredible. We also used the concierge for service and he pointed out some great adventures which we followed to a tee and was very pleased. The same concierge was able to find us a driver and car to go to Gozo and spend the day with him and really see Gozo in its entirety. The breakfast staff was also amazing it was nice to be treated so well. Thank you for our stay!"

"Great all inclusive hotel for families with excellent facilities and fantastic food in terms of variety and quality as well as kind and attentive staff. The only negatives were that the staff did not explain well at all that the voucher for the a la carte restaurant gave a free meal and the umbrellas in the pool area were only allowed to be raised on 2 of the days in our week apparently due to the wind (so you had to go inside for shade). Overall though this was a great stay and we would highly recommend. "

"Our room was at the back and would have been nice to let some air in but the windows were not openable. Staff were exceptional, in particular Justin, Matthias and young Dutch lady at breakfast :-)"
