"This property was utterly beautiful, the staff were so welcoming and friendly and the place itself was gorgeous and so clean. Our bed was massive and we had a fabulous wet room. "This is excellent hotel, and we loved the building and the surrounding garden. It is not in the main area of large all inclusive hotels, but in a residential part of the city which made our Madeira experience more authentic. The walk to the center is easy, but I imagine it may be not that comfortable for someone with walking difficulties. We enjoyed our climb and had bo problem with it.
