"The good: The lady at the front desk was very nice Needs improvement: Room and property were run down and a bit dirty, air conditioner was not powerful enough to actually cool the room, all four pools were green with algae, food was quite bad and there were few dining options (no room service, very limited ability to eat outside of the buffet)"

"I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…"

"This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

"It was super noisy (loudest music I ever experienced) by the nearby night clubs till 2:30am, with no sleep and waking up early to do excursion. I was super tired due to lack of sleep that I had to cut my paid tour activities. "
