"Parking is a pain but hotel is lovely "

"Beautiful room, lovely service, the restaurant had halal options and the wings were amazing. Sulaiman tended to all our needs and was great. The hotel is right next to the tube station and bus stops so easy to get everywhere. The only thing is the aircon is max 26 degrees and kept turning off so was a bit cold during the night and our room was next to some train tracks so a little noisy but would definitely stay here again if I’m in west London."

"My girlfriend and I came to stay for Valentine’s Day and we had a marvellous stay! The Junior Suite we booked was bursting with character and charm - we stayed in the room called “Went The Day Well?” We loved the massive bathtub, the comfy bed, and the ability to change the temperature of the room and bathroom. We only had one small issue with the heating, where one of the fans (in the room) blew only cold air while the other (in the bathroom) blew warm air, and we wanted it warmer in the room - but one quick trip to reception and they were able to sort it for us within about 10 minutes, and the woman at reception was so friendly. In fact, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, we felt so welcome during our stay! We would definitely like to come back for more than one night, and would say this is a must-stay for anyone looking!"
