"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe...

"Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día. La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien"

"Hemos estado prácticamente solo para dormir. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba súper caliente, incluso dejando la ventana abierta un ratito. "It was a very nice and comfortable place. Staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately there were no laundry facilities as mentioned in the description and the restaurant facilities were not available as mentioned either and we only found this out after we booked. This should have been mentioned prior to us booking. But all in all, I would recommend this place."

"Had to change plans at the last minute due to a traffic diversion and booked this late after and arrived at the premises in the dark. Staff were accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. Good food and a great location. Would love to come back and explore the area some more. A nice remote and quiet location in a lovely village up a dead end valley."
