"We booked the Victorian room for Saturday night stay at short notice just a short time before we arrived. We was immediately sent a welcoming text message with details of where to park and when our earliest check in would be The Host, Iain greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable and fresh. There was plenty of refreshments and snacks available for our stay. We parked on the street nearby and it was a 20 minute walk in to the City. In the morning we were greeted by our hosts, Iain & Ann. There was a large selection breakfast items on offer which was more than ample for us. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the guest house to friends and family. Iain & Ann are a lovely, friendly couple who provide a first class service. "
