Every little thing was extra (like towel rentals, no class yoga only private lessons) which wasnt a big deal but still different from what we are used to. "Our kids aged 7 and 12 wanted to move in for real. We did not make use of the spa's many services so our stay really felt like it was in a suburban home. Private carport. You would need a car or willingness to resort to taxis if you want to go anywhere; bicycles however are available free of charge."

"Cool and rustic. Good breakfast included and the room was unique and large. We liked that the location was close to the town of Obidos but away from the crowds during the holidays. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool and outdoors more but it was winter. Still, very different and the staff were all very kind and friendly. Alfonso particularly went out of his way to help us out a lot. "
