"Stayed for easy access to Donnington "

"The reception staff were great. Room was huge with 2 king size beds. Some of the furniture didn’t match, black table on one side of the room & wood everywhere else? The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven with some grout missing and the bathroom door was sticking on the floor. We loved the idea that if you stayed 2 nights or more and did not request your room to be made up you received a £5 voucher to spend at the bar, brilliant idea. Bar area had some nice areas but quite dim in others....

"Nicely presented pleasant bars restaurants. Spacious and comfy room with very good beds. Quite and restful. Not busy leisure swimming pool and Jacuzzi, good straming room and sauna with spa and beauty rooms. Opsions of all day breakfast and tea served all day at the spa. Very much enjoyed my stay."

"Very Helpful staff"

"Staff were very helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Liked the minibar and fridge with water. Shower drain seemed to be blocked but house keeping quickly came and fixed it. Definitely will stay again. "
