"We spent a very comfortable and relaxing evening at Wasmayr Hof. It is a very relaxed environment with very nice and spacious rooms - like new. The owners couldn't be nicer. The breakfast was classic German, with many excellent choices of breads, fruits, cheeses, meats, juices, etc. We also drove around the town and had a great dinner. It is like a story book."

"Hotel has a very good Indian restaurant next to the entrance. Only minus was that room was gold, the heating was working but they started to heat the room a little too late."

"We had to wait a while to get let into the Hotel. Note that there are NO coffee/tea making facilities here at all. Not in the room and not a communal place either. The Hotel does not open until much later in the day. The room was very clean, bathroom and shower excellent. Breakfast was good but the evening meal was not to my taste, no choice of vegetables and a very small menu. "

"Floor was dirty, property is far from the train station (using public transport) and German public transport is already a nightmare (seeing as I’ve experienced the Swiss one beforehand) no lift ,towels were rough, area was not well lighted at night so it was a bit scary, and a few more things a kind of forgot about. Overall would not recommend (if you’re travelling solo and would use public transport) Personally not coming back again ."

"Freunliche Begrüßung Einzelzimmer Super Bett sehr gut Frühstück gut und Reichlich. Kann ich weiterempfehlen "

"Die Unterkunft war topp! Grosser Balkon, ein Bad mal nicht auf allerengstem Raum, Küchenzeile mit hochwertigen Geräten. Check-in wie beschrieben. Kontaktaufnahme durch Vermieter bestens. In unmittelbarer Nähe gute Spaziermöglichkeiten (Achtung: Treffen mit Reh und Fuchs). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man sich schon ein Programm zurecht legen.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka, Metzgerei, Bäckerei, Tankstelle. Im Ort waren wiederholt 24h Sirenen oder ähnliches zu hören. Uns hat das gestört....

"Positiv: Praktische Zimmer, Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee sind auf dem Zimmer Negativ: Frühstück gab es, aber sehr lieblos dargeboten, das einzige regionale waren die gekochten Eier, keine Brezeln, kein Leberkäse oder sonst etwas was auf die Bayerische Region schließen lässt. Schade"

"A beautiful location for my friend's wedding. A quaint, rural setting with a marvelous setting for the wedding in the hall. I loved the acoustics of the craftfully-renovated inn. The room was comfortable and clean with modern furniture and fixtures. If there were more rooms available, as well as easier transportation nearby this would be 10/10. I highly recommend as a wedding/reunion venue. "

"Rate quoted was doubled by time booking complete. Tried to cancel 3 minutes later and was told non-refundable. Arrived at location on day of reservation, lockbox opened, but no key inside -- left stranded. Unable to contact host. Hotels.com provided alternate comfy hotel -- after 2 hours of delays and calling. Scammers that probably couldn't make it on the airbnb website. Very dissatisfied! Hotels.com should deal with hotels and not list possible scammers."
