"Stayed in a Superior double with kitchenette. Wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel for location, just off the roadway of the bars and people walking but just 1 minute to a street with shops food and bars as you walk to the main square. Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and a pleasant atmosphere. I would absolutely stay in this location again when I visit Krakow in the future. "

"Great location, short walk to the old town and the Jewish quarter, room was modern, spacious and clean and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to krakow. Only downfall was there is only 1 English Channel on the tv which was the news. "

"The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. Coffee and other hot beverages are available constantly on a help yourself basis. The restaurant serves fresh made to order simple health comfort food options and has long opening hours making it convenient to eat around excursions. The location was quite a walk from the old town , along a main road, but there’s plenty to see in each direction so I looked at this as an advantage.Comfortable and well thought out bedrooms. I’d definitely stay in PURO hotels again and would search them out when visiting Polish cities as a reliable, restful, elegant hotel for a trip."

"Super nice hotel if you got Jetlag. Right in the center of the old city walkable to everything there. Super friendly staff that all spoke English because I can’t pronounce Polish even if I could speak it. Rooms were spotless. All the amenities at the hotel that you could want breakfast was awesome. It’s a little pricey for Polish hotels. You can stay in a hostile down the block for like next to nothing. Ha ha ha. I’m too old for that. Don’t worry about the fact that you don’t speak a word of Polish like me. Unlike the ugly Americans most poles know enough to get around and mini know English a lot better than most Americans. If I make it back through Krakow later in the summer, which I think I will, I plan to stay again and use that really sweet pool and do some laps."
