"Modern hotel in a great location in Pristina. They arranged taxis from the airport and to Skopje for us. Everything was very inexpensive. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone "

"A beautiful property with the kindest staff. I had issues finding the car park and was in a much larger car than I’d booked so I just found somewhere nearby. The lady at reception not only drove with me to the hotel’s secure parking but also got my money back from where I had parked (I didn’t ask her to do this as I considered it my own fault). Service above and beyond expected. My room was comfortable, the hotel atmosphere very relaxing, and the breakfast delicious. I couldn’t have asked for more."
