This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. "The hotel is ideally located on the centre of the town. The room was small, however, clean with a comfortable bed. The access door had been cut down in hight in relation to the sloping roof and I mean small. Their is no lifts to the upper floors.
