"Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it. As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too. And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy. "

"I stayed for 28 days because of the low cost but found I spent more in the long run. While the room is large and relatively clean, the rest of the hotel is in poor condition. The cracks in and around the door let numerous bugs, light and heat into room. The cleaning staff are hardworking and do as well as they can with what they are provided. However, the front desk staff do nothing but watch videos or play games on their phones, usually sitting in a group of 4-5 together. The breakfast...
