"Could be considered average at best! Close to Pasaraya and Block M square also. But right next to a bus terminal. So don't expect to sleep in. Also popular with locals. Not so with foreigners. Breakfast is poor, even skipped it myself. Staff could be considered indifferent. No safe, no fridge, no kettle"

"I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything was very well run including our pickup at the airport. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a late flight out the day we checked out. We were allowed to store our bags, use the internet and the pool facilities until we had to leave. I booked the same property on our return trip at the end of our stay. I feel like this property offers excellent value for the money. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable!"

"A gorgeous hotel—from the entrance, the lobby, the room, and every corner, everything is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. I informed them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a cake and some decorations. Small gestures like this truly warm our hearts and make the stay feel special. All the staff are amazing and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and greeting you with a big smile. The concierge also acted quickly to help us with our suitcases Breakfast in a beautiful place with tons of options! I absolutely love their pastries, coffee, and jamu.
