"We stayed here for one night after an early-mourning flight and they were able to accommodate us with early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable (though the shower spilled water into the floor). There were excellent dinner options at the hotel restaurant and the grounds were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. The only draw-back is the distance to Amman."

"No frills property at a great price. Well located for walking access to main part of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and we very much enjoyed their hospitality. Beds were clean and breakfast was sufficient!"

"Absolutely outstanding hotel. Service from Ammal was faultless. The cocktails in Caprice were superb, the meal at the Asian restaurant was out of this world. Beds like clouds, enormous bathroom and separate shower room. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton the week before and the Fairmont is a much better non pretentious vibe with nicer rooms and more character. Highly recommend. "
