"We spend 3 nights in this hotel. When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was open 24 Hours but infact at 10 p.m onwards only offer noodles. The Sauna didn't work and to add insult to injury... the TV in the our room didn't work! Staff on the whole wery helpful and friendly but ofcourse could not do anything about the maintenance and general wear and tear."

"Really great hotel with scenic views of the lake behind the city. Service and quality of the hotel is amazing. We didn't try the food there, but saw that Cafe 99 on the 1st floor had a nice looking dinner buffet. Location is near the center of the city, so lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The concierge was also really helpful and provided food recommendations. The lobby includes a kid's play area, but it wasn't open during our time there. Pool was lovely. "Check-in was rather difficult. None of the front desk staff, or any staff for that matter, spoke any English. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me a much larger amount for the room. Fortunately, my Chinese friends were there to help sort things out. After I showed them the email from Hotels.com, the pricing was sorted out. Having stayed in various hotels around China, I expected much better accommodations for the price. In short, the room was not good value for money."
