"Our room was not ready when we arrived at 21:30, so we had to wait almost 10 minutes. We weren't walk-in guest, so they should've prepared the room for our arrival, especially at night. Otherwise, the room was clean, but had no window."

"Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. We will definitely be coming back and staying more nights next time! Thank you to the family at 18 suite villa loft in Kuta! "

"Hamid gave me a warm welcome to an exquisite oasis tucked off a typical Gili Air 'dusty lane' only 12 minutes walk from the harbour. "This was a horrible hotel stay, there wasn't even hand soap and the room smell. The room we booked was still under construction and there was no management on site. Super nosy so it ruin our Bali experience. Our group of girls had our rooms split and I learned that we over paid. There were so many other hotel room on the same street to rent for a cheaper deal, not under construction and was cleaner. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to this hotel.
