"Second time I've used this property and its good, lovely location and view all around. Due to its rural location theres nobody bothering you and thats nice when youve organised a party with ten men and three women having an adult fest. You can make as much mess to the bedding and in the bathroom and the hosts clean it up. Parking is easy next door in the empty restaurant. Hosts were helpful and communicated well. "

"Don’t know area just stayed overnight as long drive, hotel spacious and clean, big hotel clearly half empty (from availability) so why do they put you next to another occupied room - so you can hear laughter/talking loudly until after 01:00!"

One night stay for a concert at the Co-op live... Excellent all round stay,with a fantastic breakfast then set us up for the day. A brilliant location for the co-op live which is a nice walk along the canal path,takes about 25mins or catch the tram.....
