The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet yet central part of the city, making it easy to explore Budapest’s main attractions. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with modern yet cosy interiors. The comfort of the rooms is outstanding and the thoughtful addition of a coffee machine for a perfect start to the day. The bathrooms are equally impressive, equipped with all the amenities you might need. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay – the selection was excellent, catering to all tastes with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The dining area was comfortable, and the staff ensured everything was well-stocked. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests or questions. The little touches, such as complimentary water and coffee available throughout the day in the lobby, added to the welcoming atmosphere. A particularly lovely surprise during my stay was the Christmas touch – the hotel gifted guests a little Panettone, which was such a thoughtful and festive gesture. Overall, Eurostars Palazzo Zichy is a gem of a hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Budapest – it combines modern comfort, excellent service, and a warm stay with convenient location."
