"Lovely room, boutique feel. Bed was huge and some great original features of the room retained and good location. Warm welcome on arrival. The downside was after booking i found that we had to check in by 530pm and there was no one on site after this time. Wouldn't put me off booking again though "

"I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. "

"We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. "

"Room exactly how advertised, bathroom was immaculate and overall room was great. Perfect location. Nice vintage feel but is clearly very well kept. The front door and room having electronic keypad with codes was very handy meaning no need to check in and easy access in and out. More than enough space for the two of us. Room was bright and airy. "The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was extremely comfortable . I loved the large selection of books and the tasteful decorations. The bed had crisp white sheets. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. I would definitely recommend Anne's house as a great place to stay."
