"The Elegant Desert Camp has beautiful grounds, including an amazingly isolated feeling desert camp. However, in the summer months, the heat in these luxurious tents is almost unbearable (it easily exceeds 40C/104F during the day) and there are no fans, let alone air conditioners. While temperatures do drop overnight, they remain above 27C/80F for most of it. Fans would help. There is another somewhat awkward design feature of the luxury tents, which is that there is no wall or privacy screen for...

"A beautiful and unique property where the chalets are private by being far away from each other. With no lights around, the starts at night were fantastic. The staff were amazing and the food at their restaurant was one of the best I had in Namibia. We wish we stayed for two nights instead of just one. Highly recommend. "

"I really loved this property and do plan to come back with my family next year. I loved the lodges and the rooftop sleeping option (we did not opt for that this round but next round for sure!). You can literally sleep under the stars! Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind. I highly recommend it. The only drawback was the lack of wifi anywhere in the whole area."
