"The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had issues with the internet connection in our room the first two days, but they got it rectified. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again if we go to Panajachel. "

"Trust me, the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s gorgeous, safe, and conveniently located near everything. But you can forget about all of that once you step inside and are transported to a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility. We wanted to stay an extra day in Antigua just so we could enjoy the property. And the morning breakfasts are superb."

"We really enjoyed this place! We had a basic room, and was a little concerned based on some reviews that we werent going to enjoy the room as much as the facilities. The facilities were just as described in previous rooms and we thought the room was great too! Only small thing: we didnt realize there are service charges included in everything, so you dont have to tip."
