All Inclusive Hotels and Resorts in Guatemala

"So... Oceana Resort as far as the construction and buildings ..green areas etc are great!! But oh my oh my the service when you check in IS HORRIBLE!! First they do not let you in the property at all until 3:00 which is check in time. That's all fine but so once you check in at the reception you then have to stand in line for 30 minutes or so to get bracelets and keys and room numbers. NO ONE TOLD US we could have been at the desk to receive those before 3:00 .. So it was a mess when we...
