"We arrived late for our first stay. The staff was very friendly. we returned later in the week & were able to check in early. And, the staff booked us an early morning airport taxi, AND made us a to-go lunch. Very friendly. THANK YOU!!"

"One has to judge things through the lense of Macedonia where in general hotels can be a bit eccentric. but this one is more eccentric than most. Positives are superb location right next to the old town, and huge rooms with great views and the awesome roof bar/terrace. Downsides are fading 80s style and no way this can be described as a 5 star service. Having said that most of the staff were friendly (mention to the good staff at the bar). Nice breakfast. Probably the worst thing was over soft mattresses (not good by today's standards) and the greenhouse effect of so much glass when the aircon was centrally turned off. So rooms were pretty warm. Open the windows and its noisy. Plus we were told no kettle or iron for "security reasons". Really this isnt 5 star service. But hey, overall go for the experience!"
