"Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended."

"Overnight stop on our way to the Eurotunnel. Convenient location with good safe parking. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so. Only downside is the limited food options when I arrive after 9pm. "

"I stayed solo for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm driving around France so having a kitchenette to prep food was very useful too. The place is clean, quiet and a short walk to the city centre."

Kitchen staff do not know what Gluten free is! They gave my husband who is a coeliac pasta and said that was ok ... need to educate their staff and the waiters what is GF and what is not Breakfast was good lots of GF choices and staff very helpful Would stay again but eat somewhere else Dog friendly and also allowed in the...
