"From the first warm welcome by reception staff to the final goodbye, our stay was just perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well organised, with staff checking and replenishing the tasty items on offer. This hotel is in an ideal location, short walk to the shops, restaurants, cathedral and station. "

"Very clean hotel a short walk from the centre of Reims. Staff were very professional and helpful. Parking was available underground or in the street nearby both for extra cost. Breakfast good. Nice park opposite behind the stadium. "

"Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much."

"The only issue I had was that the person who cleans the room kept on opening the door when it was being bolted for a reason. I am deaf. So it scares me that she did it twice and how could she be able to open a bolted door. "

"We have stayed before twice and we will stay again. We arrive late at night and the instructions provided in advance allow us to access the apartment. The breakfast is ok. The apparent feels new and is clean. For a family for four this is a perfect stop over. "
