"Cool place"

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

When we got to Granada and Los Corredores we were very disappointed and considered changing hotels if not for financial reasons. Our room was like a prison. All white, no art and it smelled like moth balls so strongly I could hardly breathe.
