"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. "Taj experience, excellent everytime. Staff was great, polite and helpful. Rooms are small/ stuffed. Breakfast is really nice. Dinner buffet is limited, i think since a lot of people choose to eat outside due to so many options in Goa. Again super services by the staff. Bar at the pool is a good add on. Private beach is also really good. Their food is really good especially at the Banyan tree Thai restaurant), the staff again excellent. Highly recommended."

"We were a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 9 and 11. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to the foods the boys liked(both have very different tastes). We lost some swimming trunks at the pool. The pool manager found them and they were returned to us the next day. The room had a wonderful view to the ocean and a balcony where we could relax while watching the waves. Ultimately it was the staff that made this place so lovely. "

Awesome service at the Novotel Candolim spa

"We had an excellent stay. Of special mention are the staff at the Food Exchange. Our son is a special needs child who eats a very limited range of foods. They made every attempt to take care of our kids.A special shout out to Avi, Shubada, Shailendra, Chef Mahendra and the rest of the team. A big thank you!"
