"We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! "

Allowing Spa guests at hotel to dine in main pleasant dining room in their towelling dressing gowns in evening when others dressed properly was an unbelievable mix and intolerable ; where are standards going- this certainly was unacceptable! "Hotel was good, but very busy and restaurant seperate to main hotel.would of rather stayed in Main hotel to seperate apartments. Noisy late guests arriving in the early hours. Bedroom clean, but very basic. Have stayed in nicer hotels."

"Friendly welcome. Disappointed that there was no television or hanging space for clothes. Wardrobe contained a broken television and refrigerator both very dusty. One bedside lamp not working, although the bed was clean and very comfortable. No lock on bathroom or bedroom doors. No cooked breakfast as advertised just a choice of cereals and limited choice of fruit. After complaining that a full breakfast was included we were told it had been discontinued, but we were offered a full breakfast...
