The manager at the hotel flat out told me I could take my business somewhere which I did for a difference of $30 dollars. I was willing to pay $150 to sleep on the stained mattress instead of $180 dollars."

"I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles. Housekeeping was amazing, as they daily kept my room clean and refreshed supplies without request. The WiFi was good also, but the TV was tiny and had some issues. The first room I was assigned had a bed/headboard that did not smell good, but the hotel switched me to a newer bed and headboard.
