The staff were professional and pleasant, and the host was especially helpful with recommendations for what to do during my visit (everything was closing early for the season due to the coronavirus crisis). Meals in the restaurant were well prepared and presented."

"Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas."
