"Check-in was fast and smooth. When we entered the room, we noticed our teenager did not have a bed. Housekeeping brought a foldout bed. The room had an infestation of some of the biggest ants we've seen. When I alerted housekeeping, they informed me it was rainy season, hence excessive bugs. We met the operations manager in the dining area and told her about my room. She sent housekeeping with a bug spay, and they were ordered to leave it in the room with us. "The hotel was fine for how much we had paid. The showe tray was broken which did result in a constant watery floor in the bathroom. We also turned up on Xmas eve and didn’t have a room so had to stay elsewhere for 3 days. We didn’t eat there except breakfast as the drinks offered were all cheap quality so that was a shame. The garden had a few piles of rubbish in various locations which was an easy job to sort but no one did. However overall the staff were friendly the rooms clean and...
