"This property is in a big shopping mall where there are a lot of luxury brands like Gucci, MCM, Vivien Westwood, and some local high end clothing. there is also hair dressers, coffee, tea and souvenir shops. I enjoy the most is the dinning options they have. The cleaning was acceptable, but the house keeper forgot to stock toilet paper and not enough towels were provided. Hotel reception was not enthusiastic to help, if the guest insist, some of them may help. Hotel facilities are average and...

"I booked the hotel through hotels.com. When I arrived, the hotel had no record of my booking. Since it was late at night, I decided to book directly with the hotel and figured I would contact hotels.com to resolve the reservation issue. Hotels.com said they were unable to resolve the issue due to the hotel cancellation policy (which they told me, they did not have from hotels.com). So this hotel got paid twice for my single stay. I will continue to fight this and possibly use another service....

"The hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was a feast, consisting of Asian and Western foods. They rotated the dishes every day which meant foods were fresh. The location is excellent; close by were a subway station, eateries and stores. The hotel was also within walking distance to the Zhong San street. The fitness center was a disappointment. Even though the room was spacious, most of the equipment was not functional."
