"The check-in process was very bad and very time consuming. Also the emailed ACCESS code to the room was incorrect and I had to send a WHATSAPP communication to get the correct code. Should not be that tedious or difficult or time consuming to check in."

"The property was conveniently located, easy access to taxis service and only a 25 minute ride from airport without traffic. Amenities are great, pool, gym, etc are abundant. Kitchen in apartment was helpful but there was a cracked glass and broken cup. Walls displayed wear and tear but were fine. We hope to stay again…"
