"It is not a 4 star resort like its made to be. Its a very basic hotel with the most pathetic staff. They charge for buffet but suddenly change the policy and force you to have ala carte. There was a wedding by the pool side when we travelled at the management was a mess. People were jumping in pool without proper costumes. No lifeguards around. No pool towels. Moreover the entire staff is busy around the wedding preps and even a simple order dor tea would take 1 hour !! The frint desk staff...
