"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. Rooms don't have irons, ironing boards, umbrellas or hair dryers in each room, when you...

"This hotel was great! The rooms were large and comfortable! There was even a bathtub! Bed was a little firm, but overall really comfy. The hotel was perfectly situated in the city, walking distance to everything! Staff was friendly. Hotel was connected to a fabulous restaurant and close to many others.
