"Augustin was AMAZING. We arrived late due to a medical emergency, and he was there to greet us and open the gate for us on arrival. There is no parking on site, and the parking nearby was closed when we arrived, so Augustin hopped in the car and helped us with the parking! "Make sure you contact them via WhatsApp (not expedia app) a few weeks before arrival or you’ll be stuck outside for HOURS until someone comes to open the door for checkin…(we had an owner at a neighboring hostel get in contact for us after waiting). However, beautiful views. Cleanliness was OK. Rooms were COLD. No heating. Make sure you pay extra for a fireplace room. "

"The location was “out of the way” residential and, though safe, was not what most Americans are probably used to. Nice view of the city. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, each with 2 bunk beds (8 beds total). If you are staying in Cusco for a few nights and want to spread out and be able to cook, it’s good. "Too expensive for the type of accommodation "

"This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic historic center of Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms beautifully decorated, breakfast was fabulous with assorted items to choose from the buffet and then cooked to order eggs. I had to leave early in the morning on my last day and they prepared a sack breakfast for me to take with me on the road. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend highly recommend this hotel. "

"Because of the high altitude, we had to seek help in the middle of the night.The staff were very helpful. The only issue that we had was they were supposed to pick us up at the airport but they did not show up until I called. I had to wait for 30 minutes."

"Staff went above and beyond to make comfortable. Because we spoke English they “Liz” brought in guides “Rosa” and arranged tours that could speak with us also. When we left in the early hours for tours they even packed us breakfast and bottled waters so we had a good start. Breakfast on the property was good and is complimentary as well. Last but very importantly they monitor everyone safety by checking everyone s coming and going through a single locked front entrance. We felt cared for and safe."
