"Generally fine, although my room was at the end of a corridor and the internet didn't stretch that far. The staff were helpful and moved me to a new room with internet after a couple of days. Otherwise no complaints. The furnishing in both rooms was a little tired, but OK for the price."

"We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. There was a green square on the wall behind the Tv which doesn’t make sense and there a powerful smell of freshener everywhere. Asked housekeeping to not to use during or stay and the didn’t. "Le foto della stanza che avevamo visto dal sito non erano le stesse. Ci hanno dato una camera al piano - 1, poco illuminato, con le pareti piene di umidità ed il lavandino guasto. Purtroppo, al momento della prenotazione, non ci eravamo accorti che la stanza avesse il bagno in comune con altre persone, le quali fumavano tranquillamente ovunque. Abbiamo richiesto una nuova sistemazione (pagandola a parte perché aveva il bagno in camera) ma il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato la struttura perdendo 1...

"La experiencia ha estado bien con la salvedad de que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba,con lo cual hemos pasado calor por la noche,la limpieza estaba bien,el sitio es tranquilo y tiene una terraza donde tomar algo,la habitación estaba bien de tamaño y limpia, pero sin vistas.."

"We were okay with the stay. Basic accomodations with fridge, microwave oven and 2 burner electric stove. Not a resort. Right outside the hotel there is a neighborhood pub which serves food and has very friendly staff. Near historic center of Alcalá de Henares. Birthplace don Miguel de Cervantes. About an 1hour away from central Madrid on the metro which we used. Round trip for was €13.60. We would stay here again. "

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "

"Basic hotel, with clean rooms and basic decoration. Good enough for the price. It Could be improved and updated with features such as personal control of a/c. Breakfast was modified due to Covid-19, so I chose not to eat there. Probably a good option otherwise"
