"The hotel had a good location. Hotel was welcoming, the lobby was clean and nicely furnished.The staff were super helpful in giving suggestions on how to see the city and get around. The food was reasonably priced and tasted good. The air conditioning worked, however, the toilet and shower had minor issues with water going down the drain."

"The hotel is basically enough only for sleeping and shower. Room is small and very old. Air conditioning is very loud. No water boiler and hair dryer. Room and bathroom are clean but blanket is very stinky. Breakfast provided is limited and they don’t have all types of food for all guests. Location and staff are great though."

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The bedrooms are gorgeous with nice comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The bathrooms are all newly done and have walk in rain showers. The owners are resourceful and tell you about great restaurants near by. It is the suburb of "Playa" in Havana and isn't the place to go if you wanted to be in Old Havana, which is about a $10-20 cab ride away. Very nice rooftop bar and deck with a jacuzzi and lounge chairs. Top end!"

Den angepriessenen Willkommensdrink gab es leider nicht. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist der Hammer und das Frühstück war auch lecker und ausrreichend.
