"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."

"We had a really nice stay at Hotel Ibiza. The staff are super friendly and make the time to chat to you which is nice. The food was lovely lots of choice and we ate there on New Year’s Eve and they cooked beef wellington this was delicious. The spa and swimming pool facilities was nice after a day on the slopes. Our room was basic , but cleaned every day. I would recommend booking the Mountain View rooms though. Drink prices at hotel were reasonable. The transfer up and down the mountain to...

"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"I visited with my 16 year old son for a weeks skiing. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. The ski shop/ boot room is really convenient, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gondola from the shop to Bergers makes access to the slopes quick and easy. I will visit again."

"After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. Room was fine with well equipped kitchen etc. water a little cold in the spa swimming pool but overall would definitely recommend this hotel. "
