"Room smells of mould. Pipe under bathroom sink leaks. Drink service at pool is not good. Have to go inside to find someone after 30 minutes. Then another 20 minutes to receive the drinks. Never came back to ask if we would like more. Housekeeping staff very friendly and nice. Great location. Nice pool."

"Central location. Park by curb to check in then go find the parking garage a couple of blocks along the street. You turn left down a controlled lane way and the garage is on your left. There is a small road sign with an E on it and One underneath. I missed it the first try and had to do a big loop to get back. A couple of blocks further up is an excellent Italian restaurant. Free use of laundry was nice. "

My family and I enjoyed our stayed, make sure to buy the breakfast buffet because the food is excellent, they have traditional Tasqueño cuisine and continental as well , waiter and staff were really paying attention to their duties, pool is great and clean, room are serviced daily. "

"Great hotel located in an area with a shopping mall. Not super easy to get to local food options but a grocery store and some chains nearby. Parking was right in front of the hotel and there was a security guard. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Also pet friendly with a good gym!"

"I am driving solo from Mexico to Tulsa. This was my first stop. I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was wonderful and the facility very clean and pretty. I treated myself to the suite, not knowing they had no elevator. I was a little disappointed that the room was so basic. However, it was nice. I paid quite a bit for the room being the holidays which was understandable. I was out off that they have an extra charge for the water and coffee in the room! My room faced the...

"our room was very spacious and clean. the downside is that there appears to be so much mold in hallway ceilings- water leak issues. this hotel appears to have been very luxurious at some point in time. nevertheless, it remains beautiful but it needs serious maintenance. staff was woderful!"
